Double Check orders. Items missing from order. Called to let them know and they supposedly cannot refund the missing items so... you are stuck paying for what was not received. Second time this has happened. First time they sent me a voucher to use on anin store visit. Hello, doesn't do any good on delivery orders. Used to be a regular but I've learned my lesson. This is the 4th time I have ordered from this location. 811 n 22nd Ave and this will be the last time I order. The last 4 times... I have received horrible service and horrible undercooked raw or expired food. I will never again waste my money on pizza hut.Absolutely disgusting Read more
The pizzas were perfect! We had a Pepperoni Lovers and I earned a free medium two topping pizza with Italian sausage and bacon.... Also, we had boneless wings with Pizza Huts AWESOME Garlic Parmesan! The good bone in too! Read more
Ordered at 3:30pm for a scheduled 5:15pm delivery. Never showed. Called the restaurant and they claim the driver came by but no... one was home which is completely false. We have a Nest doorbell and cameras around the house, no one ever came. They then redidour order and recharged our card, but this time without the coupon code. What should've been around $35 was charged as $50. Sonot only over an hour later than needed but overcharged. Extremely disappointed in the service; not worth it at all. Plenty ofother, much better, and definitely more reliable places to get pizza in town. Read more
