Dont bother going unless you are trying to make grandma and grandpa happy. Food is pretty bad, but the service is friendly. Neat... atmosphere but please you shouldnt have to worry about breaking a tooth on mashed potatos. There are so many better places toget fried chicken or pizza why bother coming here? Old folks seem to love it though, so good for them. Read more

Their chicken is delicious and I loved their mashed potatoes and baked beans. They didn?t have much of anything at the salad bar... as it was all used up and they didn?t refill it the whole time we were there. Well over an hour. The floors were absolutelyfilthy but the tables were clean. I ordered a pizza that we never received. There?s wasn?t much staff at all either. I ended upnot eating any of the pizza because it all looked very over cooked and dry. If you like root beer floats though, make one! It?sdelish! Read more

This is the worst pizza ranch I?ve ever been to. The floors were filthy! Not only did we ask the young gentleman to clean a... booth for us since we had little kids and he replied with a no it?s not clean yet??? but when we ordered our suggested pizza wenever received it at our table and we were there for an over an hour thank goodness we didn?t wait on it. The food was good butthere were so many people there we literally had to wait for anything to be cooked. Most likely will not return? ever. Read more

When I went there yesterday, it was crazy busy with barely anywhere to sit down. We let the woman at the Cash Register know... where we wanted to sit but the table wasn't cleaned yet. She got a hold of another employee immediately and they got the tablecleared in no time. There was an issue where a lady picked up a $20 bill on the ground that fell (supposed to be a worker'stip). They then shouted something along the lines that they found the money and they wouldn't give the worker the $20 due to thetables not being cleared and the place a mess. I was thinking to myself that maybe if they were that worried about it they couldput in an application. Then again with that attitude they probably wouldn't last long in any workplace. The place was crazybusy and short staffed yet the food was coming out at a good pace and the workers were catching up on clearing the tables. Theydid a great job and shouldn't have to worry about rude customers that make teenage workers cry that are just trying to makemoney and help people in most likely their first job. Read more

Pizza Ranch is a wonderful buffet. The pizza is good, but the chicken is definitely the winner! The salad bar is impressive... also. We went 20 miles out of our way to eat here. Read more

Overly expensive for just three people. Everything was overcooked and slightly burnt. The chicken tasted fake, the bar was bare,... there was no labels on any of the pizzas (I thought I was getting cheese but it ended up getting a very spicy chicken pizza). The only enjoyable thing here was the ice cream, though it was only vanilla. Will not go here again. Read more

It was all upsetting. The two sauces we got were super small for a family size. The cookie cake looks burnt, the cheese bread is... not dripping cheese it looks dry. The pizza was OK but it could?ve been better. Overall I would not come again and do notrecommend. The garlic sauce I ordered just taste like butter no garlic. Read more

I had never been into a Pizza Ranch. My first impression was clean. There was one staff member constantly cleaning. The next was... courteous. The cleaning employee was picking up empty plates from diners (very nice when he came by my table) visiting brieflywith customers as he worked. The men's bathroom was clean. The salad bar has lots of variety. It's a decent salad bar with lotsof veggies, salads (macaroni, potato, etc), pudding, numerous dressings and two kinds of soup. There is also desert pizza (verytasty) and soft serve ice cream. Also, it appears drinks come with the price of the adult buffet. I paid $12.99 for the adultlunch buffet on a Thursday. Apparently they are mindful of disinfecting because the cleaning person (who I just heard say heowns the store) put a disinfecting sign on a table that needed to be cleaned and the sign stayed there till the table was wipeddown. I think they care here. I'll be back! Read more
