It was good but the actual furnishings need to be updated horribly. I got up to use the restroom and was immediately bombarded... by staff about what I was doing and where I was going, I needed the restroom. As people came in they were grouping everyonetogether-people do enjoy a little space. Ordered the admiral dish and it was fantastic, daughter got the loaded baked potato andit was plenty for her. The Walt plate was beautiful as was the bacon cheeseburger my partner ordered although he said it coulduse a bit more flavor. All in all a good meal. Read more
The food was menh, overcooked scallops and lobster tail. I chalk it up to being understaffed, but still that's a lot of money... for overcooked fish! However, I'm not going any lower than three stars because our server was phenomenal. Even though she wasstretched thin, we never had to wait too long for anything and she was as sweet as could be. We were staying at Stoney Creek Hotel for an All-Star tournament this past weekend. We headed over to Red Lobster for dinner... Saturday night (7-9-22). The wait for a table was short. The waitress wasn't doing horrible but wasn't super attentive either.They weren't very busy but our food took over an hour. The waitress did apologize once we asked about the situation and said thekitchen was short staffed. Seems the norm lately. Finally got our food and it was sub-par at best. We LOVE Red Lobster and havenever had cold or questionable food at other locations. My daughters Lobster tail was way over cooked, old or both. It was dryand brownish. They did comp my husbands Ultimate Feast because literally everything was cold. We didn't ask. They just did it.But the rest just wasn't worth the money. Wasn't great. Wasn't the normal good food. I was nauseous a few hours after beingthere. Never threw up but sure wish I had. Hopefully this was a one time incident, they can find more help and make it better.Definitely disappointing. Read more
The place was not very busy only a handful of tables and the hostess was obviously not to happy to be there but she sat us at a... table and left. We waited 20 minutes and still no server/waiter. We seen a couple of tables seated after us and they got servedand ordered by other waiters. We finally went up to the front and the hostess said thanks for coming in. We told her that westill hadn’t been seen by the server so she went in the back and we waited 5 more minutes and finally decided that they werenot worth our time. We haven’t been to this restaurant in a over a year and We definitely do not plan on coming back. Read more
We came here because of seafood pasta cravings and were not let down. The calamari appetizer was good as you could actually... taste the delicate calamari. I did the choose 3 meal and selected flounder, scallops and clam straps, my wife did the shrimpAlfredo linguini. All the food was great! I chose to rate our visit at 3 stars because of the time to receive our food afterordering and an error on our order, no huge deal. Sunday lunch ? My husband & I were feeling like Red Lobster. I wanted a pasta & biscuits, he created his own meal. We... arrived right in time to be seated, missed the lunch rush. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Rated it a 3 due to ourmain meal taking longer than expected to.get to us as well as his macaroni with bacon & cheese being forgotten.
