Under normal circumstances I would give this place 5 star rating even though their PRICES ARE ASTRONOMICAL, but I cannot give... the 5-Star rating this time around because of an issue with staff. Scooter's has their hours posted and they clearly state thatthey close 8:00 p.m. On August 20th, 2022, I arrived at 7:50 p.m. and the girl came over the intercom and told me that Scooter'swas closed. I told her that it was only 7:50 p.m., and she acknowledged that it was 7:50 p.m., and said that she was cleaning inorder to close Scooter's for the night. I was disappointed to say the least because I wasn't going there for only myself but wasgetting drinks for a few other people, too. Like I mentioned previously, they are expensive, but good,... they missed out onsome $$$, too. My drink alone costs $8.10. Also of note, there were two cars behind me in line, so there's more business thatwas lost due to this staff members actions. Anyway, I left Scooter's and drove home where there's a Starbuck's right on thecorner by my house, who ALSO CLOSE AT 8:00 P.M. and guess who got my business and was just a few cents cheaper, closer and stillopen at 8:00 p.m. like their posted store hours. I really hope Scooter's doesn't allow its staff to whimsically make store hoursand veer away from their posted hours, because it was very upsetting to have what happened to me happen the other night. I surehope the Manager or Owner sees my comments and follows up with the staff member working that night, she needs to learn whatcustomer service is, because she definitely has what customer service isn't mastered. I'll be back, but leary. I really thinkthey need to adjust their prices, it cannot cost THAT MUCH to make a cup of coffee. You have yourself a great day! P.S. Great coffees, smoothies, muffins, cookies and cinnamon rolls. Quick service and friendly staff. Excellent location too.
Stopped there and picked up TWO 20 oz Frozen coffee's for my sisters that they asked me to stop for on my way back from Sam's... Club and if like to mention. I had just purchased in bulk two large D.I.Y. containers of Folgers coffee. That was $16. Price fortwo cups of coffee Made by scooters, $17. To each their own, but my Sisters coffee was gone in 2 hours. My four months worth ofcoffee that will produce 100's of cups... You get where I'm going ???? Read more
Good customer service, extremely fast, great coffee. I usually can place my order, pay and be on the road in 3-4 minutes.
First time here and I?m now a super fan of Scooters! Delicious coffee, fast friendly service, the baristas had their face masks... on the RIGHT way (I?ve seen too many food service workers in st. Joe with no masks or not worn right...). And I am seriouslynow addicted to the Southwest Breakfast Burrito.... so yummy!! Read more
I visited this place on 5th September 2020. I went to both Dunkin Donuts first but lines were in the street. I decided to give... Scooters a try. The coffee was good and the customer service was excellent. Tge also sell breakfast items and pastries. I'llvisit again. Read more
Girl working was super unprofessional, told us there wasnt anyway to make a drink with pieces of candy or chocolate... The menue... online states differently. She also just handed our drinks no thank you nothing. Rude and very snotty. Wont be back! Starbuckswill be our favorite place from now on. Read more
