I understand drive through is important, but when customers are standing in the store, make them your priority. I have now been... in this store 20 minutes waiting for 3 coffees & 1 egg bite. Unnecessary to wait that long. Just passing through, so hopefullythe next one will be better. Read more
Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Always friendly, great staff, and the drinks have always been the best quality.

After 2 years of ordering the same drink every day, I get a drink that is filled a little over half and am told that is the new... way they will make my drink. Very disappointed that after 2 years of daily service, my drink somehow changed. Read more
The best part of this location is the nice gentleman that took our order. Other than that no one could careless that we were... there. This probably the most undesirable locations I've been to Missouri. No one was even in there. There had to be 6 to 7people working and the lobby had trash on the table, and nothing was wiped to sit. Super upset. Went to get a drink and went to pay for it. Handed the girl who was spaced out looking around my money she grabbed... it and then let it go. So my money went flying accross the parking lot the girl is laughing saying how did that happen hahaha.So i had to drive off and chase my money down then go back sit in line again which i could of went in.
