On my almost $100 delivery order they forgot an order of fries. When calling the manager to let them know, he refused to refund... the fry and just offered store credit on a possible future order. Continued to argue with me and said "what do you want me toget in my car and drive it to you myself?!" Talk about rude. Was I super pleasant with him on the phone myself, of course notwhen he is showing the worst customer service I've ever encountered. He kept arguing then said "have a nice day" and hung up onme! We got there right at open, they were still getting things ready. Still the best service with a smile and I love their boneless... wings. One of the only places to get boneless that aren't mostly breading! Read more
We were rather disappointed as we were ordering for our office and had ordered individual meals, when we got our food the store... had decided to combine all of our meals and did not label anything. This was rather frustrating since we had customized mealsfor everyone. I doubt that our office will be ordering from here again. Read more

I was able to choose 3 flavors. #1 Lemon pepper-dry rub, #2 SpicyKorean Q-sauce, #3 Habanero (sweet & SPICY)-sauce ???????? All of my chicken wings were delicious!
