Great place staff friendly and music was nice felt everyone was upbeat.
I bought two subs on Friday night. I got home and found mushy spoiled tomatoes that tasted funny. Called and talked to manager... who responded " I had a sandwich earlier and they were fine". Asked if she wanted me to bring back subs and show her. Response" No, I know thery're fine". Terrible customer service. Read more

I have had my order messed up here quiet a bit. I think they really need to look into who they are hiring or get them motivated... to actually work. Jimmy Johns isn?t cheap, we at least want quality for the price. I can go to subway and get a better sub andfriendlier staff!! Read more

I always get excellent food from Jimmy John's. My only complaint is the drive thru. I went to the drive thru after work today.... I waited a few minutes and no one took my order. So I just drove away. This is at least the 6th time this has happened. Maybethe manager was on a potty break and wasn't there to supervise the crew. I guess I'll call for pizza or go to a sit downrestaurant from now on. ???? Read more
