I ordered pizza from Marcos for my convenience so I didn't have to cook for my kids and could be at an event on time. One of my... pizzas was completely incorrect and was supposed to be a white cheesy pizza. This pizza had chicken and banana peppers on it. Myother pizza was correct so I called the store to let them know of the mistake and see about a refund. Tried to explain to themthat I had to be somewhere and did not have time to return their Pizza as they requested so I could get a new one. Their answerwas to either give me a $5 credit or remake a pizza that I was not going to be home to receive. I then ask to speak to a highermanager who said he was the general manager and told me he can override policy but he's not going to in my case. I order fromthis restaurant at least once a week and I am so disgusted with the poor customer service that I've received tonight that I'mtaking the time out to write this long Google review. He basically told me that he had the power to override but would not. Iwas supposed to return a pizza that they made incorrectly and was supposed to be delivered to my house for my convenience towait for a new one when I had to leave for an event in 25 minutes. I told him I would be leaving him a Google review and theattitude persisted. I will never order from this location again and I recommend you don't either. They do not appreciate theircustomers. What is a $5 credit going to do for a pizza that I cannot even eat and can't replace at a later date. They said theycould only replace it that night or give me a $5 credit for the future order and that was absolute b*******. Do not deal withthis marcos. I am a single mother of three and I do not have time or money to waste dealing with children who think they have apower trip because they manage a Marcos facility. store manager is very rude. i get marcos faithfully from other restaurants and this is the worst one yet. the order taker... misheard what i said. as soon as i walked out the store i called and let them know this is made wrong. store manger argued me upand down just to remake the pizza. id give this store a 2/10 won?t order from here again Read more

Constantly ask these people to cut my thin crust into triangles and over and over they send me a pizzas that are cut into... squares. I just can?t understand the comprehension issues with these people. Read more
I've ordered from this location for 10 years never had a problem. Until tonight. Ordered our usual order and when it was... delivered my pizza was completely missing the pepperoni on it and was under cooked. Called the store and was told I could have a$5 credit for next time for a $15 pizza that isnt edible. No offer to remake it or anything. Can't even eat it because the doughisn't cooked all the way and the veggies on it are crunchy. Sad to see this location go down hill and employees not caring aboutanything but rushing through orders to get out early. Efficient, Courteous, Clean, Tasty. I called and asked what the specials were, he politely answered my questions and assisted me... with my order. When I arrived it was just being completed (right on time). The man at the counter looked at everythingindividually and compared it to the receipt to make sure the entire order was ready to go. I appreciate that they don't want youto leave and find out something wasn't in there. The pizza was perfect. This was my first time trying Marco's Buffalo style HotWings, I was impressed and I will order these again for sure. Tie this in with Marco's Pizza giving back to the community withschool night and it's a win for sure. Read more
