Went for lunch today. Good service and wait time. ( A little over a month ago ) but I had to update my post today due the... horrible and unprofessional behavior from the so called leadership at this place, along with bad service and food twice thisweek. I've been in this area over ten years and have used this McDonald's more times than I can remember. I have had unpleasantexperiences here which I was able to overlook especially with staffing issues and the amount of customers at lunch time. I alsoknow that dealing with the public is not an easy job but this lunch staff , especially the leadership is unacceptable.Unfortunately that is my last visit to this location. My biggest pet peve about the double drive through, is that if you do it the way most are designed, a car will cut in from of... you in line. This turns, what was meant to be a more efficient experience, into a fustrating one. People have gotten intofights over this, and I cannot blame just the drivers that don't understand what a yellow line means, it is a design flaw thatis mostly being ignored. At this location, before the line splits into 2 lines, there is a curb. This curb stops cars fromcutting in front of each other. Other McDonald's need to learn from this design. Read more
ALWAYS check your bag for the items you'd ordered before driving off, only takes a minute. And ALWAYS make sure your burger DOES... have cheese actually on it even though you clearly said "With Cheese" Read more
Not even 1 star. Rude employees/managers! Watch your credit cards being used there, they are running scams and charging your... cards for other meals, besides the one you ordered. Worst experience I have ever had in my life! Whatever you do, do not givethem your credit card if they say they are gonna fix what they overcharged you for, they just add more to your card and call youa liar, even when you have proof on you bank statement. The line was very long partially due to the employees and their horrible service. The young man working the drive thru literally... walked away from the window to go and look at another one's phone then began a conversation with an employee that was eating anice cream cone. He looked and me and slowly walked back to the window where my bag was sitting. He handed me my bag withoutsaying a word. I had to ask for the rest of my order which was only a small fry and two large drinks. Behind me were 7 cars andthey have time to chop it up, laugh and ignore customers. I would not give this drive-thru even 1 star. Waited 15 minutes at 2 :00 p.m. line never moved. Luckily there was a break in... the curb where we could escape the line. Went somewhere else for lunch, and when driving past after 10 minutes, on one carspace was moved up. How slow can you get before they quit calling it fast food. Read more
I went to this McDonald?s tonight and they were very rude disrespectful, and my food was literally thrown at me threw the window... my fries were not filled and boxes were crushed, the double quarter pounder box and sandwich was smashed like someoneintentionally did it, given wrong drinks, And even the car in front of me didn?t get their sauces when they asked the girl atthe window the girl literally threw the sauces at the girl. I want my money back because this was seriously the worstexperience I have ever had at any restaurant. Oh and not to mention the bag that they threw the food in was literallydripping covered in grease all down the side of it like they had dropped it in the fryer!!! Read more
I believe that God sends people as vessels into the world to tell us what we need to hear. The girl that brought my food to the... car was very pleasant! I wasn't having a good day, and she told me I looked really pretty! It made my entire day! If thisemployee sees this.... I d like her to know that we need more of her kindness in this world.
