Olive Garden may be a little pricy, but the amount of food you get is worth it. You easily get enough food for 3 meals for the... price you pay. I've never been unsatisfied with food portions here. Environment wise, it's a really nice place to eat. It'sprobably the nicer of all of the locations in the Cleveland area. They keep it really neat and tidy, and it's welldecorated. Food quality wise, they do well here. Can't say I've had a bad meal here before. I've been eating here for yearsand I've never had a complaint. The staff here is also pretty wonderful. They do their jobs well, they're friendly, they'regood at suggestioning meals, and they're also pretty good at remembering their loyal customers. Solid experience here. Don'thesitate to stop here for lunch or dinner! Read more

I've always had great wait staff here and even got recognized by one waiter that has served me in the past, which was a nice... surprise.. But! The food quality seems to be very inconsistent with each visit, even though I basically order the same thingevery time. My most recent visit was for my bday and it was honestly the worst tasting it has ever been - taste, prep,consistency, all. I was really upset by this because the visit prior to that was some of the best quality food I've had fromanywhere! My husband and I both ordered the chicken parmesan, just with different sauce on the pasta. Mine was perfect. As you can see in... the pics, the cheese on his chicken was very brown and crispy. He was willing to try it, but it has a slightly burnt taste. Sent it back and very disappointed when it came out again with dark, overbaked cheese. The server Dante did a great job andwas very apologetic, but the manager on duty was less than sympathetic and did not seem to indicate that the meal should nothave been served like that. I found myself having to explain what was wrong with it, when it was very obvious to the naked eye.We won't be going back to this OG location for a long time, maybe ever! Be cautious to visit this location! Our server, Char, was great! She took our orders right away, had our drinks delivered in a... timely manner. She took care of the issue we had with the food very quickly. Food was okay. I had ordered "create your ownpasta" with Mariana sauce, and added Alfredo. Enjoyed a celebration with family this evening. Free standing building. Lots of available parking. Handicap and wheelchair... accessible parking and entrance. Friendly staff, clean establishment. Our server was attentive, friendly, courteous andpleasant. Was pleased with her performance. Food was good. Wine was good. Prices are reasonable on both food & wine. The waitress was fantastic. I think it's a little pricy. I got a new dish that was more expensive than what the other person at... my table got, but I got significantly less food. It tasted wonderful but since it was so expensive I was hoping to have enoughto take some home. Read more
