One word that describes this place....WOW! We ordered City Chicken Rolls, Quesadillas and 3 Cheesesteak subs....Everything was... delicious, hot and crispy! Call ahead as they are short staffed...but definitely worth the wait! My new goto spot! Read more
Good flavors, small portions for the price, 10 bucks for a small sandwich with a few fries, very light takeout box. 20 minute... wait for sandwiches, maybe longer for wings so heads up on that. We ordered at the Chinese restaurant next door at the same timebecause we were really hungry and heard they were really good, nice prices, and fast but wanted to try Subcity because we reallylike Penn Station but it's a drive. We were eating Chinese in the car when our sandwiches were ready and ate that instead aftertrying the sandwiches. Might eat the rest of them tomorrow, but but not worth it for us for the portions/price. Read more
Wings were extremely small and not very saucy, ordered loaded fries which I did not get, and food took a long time. Two stars... because the wings were crispy and the plain fries weren?t bad, just not what I ordered. Would not go back. Read more

The workers are nice but have zero sense of urgency. 20-25 minutes quickly turned into an hour and the food turned out to not be... correct and my loaded waffle fries were cold as they had been sitting on the shelf for 20 minutes. I ordered a sandwhich thathad multiple meats and only one type turned out on it. I was disappointed and asked for my money back, but was given my orderafter being asked to ?wait 30 seconds? it wasn?t and I didn?t push the refund. The taste wasn?t worth it and my companions foodwas ok, but cold. I hope they get better as they seem new, though I won?t try this location again. Read more
If you are really hungry, don't go here. There was only one person working the whole store and then finally another employee... showed up. Took 35 minutes for 2 subs that were overpriced. Then, they hardly have any selection for drinks so I had to stop atanother store to get a Diet Pepsi. This was my first time trying them and I won't be back. The food was ok, but not worth payingover $10 for each sub and then waiting 35 minutes. Read more
