Went to grab sandwiches about 9on the 28th and they do not close till 10. Staff working was very rude. Acted like we were... unconvincing them and was very rude . Do not recommend store in Sheffield. Read more
I only leave reviews on google when necessary, I?ve been to many subways around Lorain county and this one just puts the cherry... on top for cleanliness not being top priority. I found a long piece of dark hair in my food after I got home from orderingonline in one of the 3 wraps I?ve ordered and picked up. I?ll never be going to this one again in the future. Read more
Worst experience ordering from door dash to home. Sandwiches got here they were made completely wrong. They skimped the... chicken to not the allotted ounces supposed to be on the sandwich that I know is supposed to be on there. must of been thebottom of the pan I take it. But the worst part was when I called about it. I was met with a worker just trying to get me offthe phone and didn't even offer to replace my food and I even offered to send pictures of there mess up. Horrible. Get yourstaff together and hire ppl that are about the satisfaction of the customer. I have never reviewed a place before untill todaybc I never had this happen to me. This is unacceptable. Read more

My... experience of online ordering with Door dash last month was real good .Sandwiches were awesome. Service great from Door Dash.Now about my experience earlier in the daytime I again ordered from Door Dash app today at the Sheffield Village Plaza onSubway again.First let me tell you the Subway ordering on. Is super easy in the app. The sandwiches were superb sodelicious.They put everything I ask for the 3 sandwiches since it was 3 of us.
