They just wouldn't take my order, stood there for 5-10minutes and just went on to ordering from the self order POS machine. The... food was really good, as expected from taco bell. They were clearly open like they were every night...I was at the drive thru with atleast 4 cars behind me .I sat there waiting... for someone say something , atleast say sorry we're closed right now. But nothing, I had to call them and ask if they wereopen, all there lights were on, they should of been off. Clearly poor customer service! Whoever is closing there needs to find adifferent job, or be retrained on how to close a store. I worked for taco Bell for almost 8 years when I was younger, never didI have this happen. I took a drive to the border to find my local store has converted to a minimal almost no human ordering system. It was about... 10:00 p.m. and the drive-thru was packed so I decided to go inside 3 people in the lobby or whatever you call it and I askedthe young man to take order he said he couldn't take my order that I had to order via the online system or their in store selfserve system.. There was a extra large size device for me to use to input my order. Maybe this is the wave of the future? Idon't know but I do believe if that's what they want to do they need to make sure people are prepared for that when they arriveat their establishment. I was quite put off by it. I don't mean to sound like a Luddite. I have no problem with technology. Butthis kind of transition needs a little bit of work in my humble opinion. By the way my food was great as usual, excellentlyprepared I watched them make it and no problems there ,that part of the equation seems to work just fine.. lastly I must givesome props to the people that were in the store working for Taco Bell at the time I did observe them help numerous customerswith the monitor input system as they attempted to order their food. Sorry excuse for a Taco Bell. Went there at 8:30pm on Friday October 29th 2022 waiting in line for 20 mins just for our order to... be taken then they made my taco wrong. I called cause I wasn't waiting in line and they answered the phone I told them to bringme my right taco to the door and he hung up on me I tried calling again and they took there phone off the hook. I will becalling again tomorrow talking to the manager. Read more
Absolute best workers! The woman working up front was so friendly to my 5 year old. She made him a custom drink and chatted with... us while we were eating! Food was perfect as well! Completely different service from the one across town at Chestnut Commons. Read more
Gave me the wrong order in the drive thru so I went inside to get it fixed. Random drops of water dripped on me from the ceiling... as I waited at the counter (gross and cold). No one was up front and it took forever for someone to notice me (they were busylaughing and talking in the kitchen). When I got my new food bag, it was still missing a burrito. For the second time I go inside the appointed manager has no respect nor manners for customer. The kiosk was down and she... refused to service the counter people and started making dumb remarks. Its the reason customers don?t come back. If I wasabove her I would promote her to dishwashing area. I?ve gone there every day. Today was my last.
