Placed an order for delivery tonight I didn’t receive most of my order!! I have tried to call the restaurant ALL EVENING!!!!!... no one will pick up the phone! I can’t get any help with my order! THE BEST PART is no receipt was left in the bag!! 41.90!Most of the meal not delivered!! Try explaining to my autistic son why he didn’t get his kids meal! We pulled up at drive thru, waited 10 minutes. No one ever took our order. We decided to back up and go inside. Lots of workers,... but they were all on their phones, except the girl at drive thru window, she was hanging out the window chatting with herfriend. I waited about five minutes, then I asked one of the guys on his phone if they take orders inside. He said yes, andwalked away. I called from my cell but they didn't even answer the phone. I left. Today I had some questions about couple sandwiches I purchased. I did not get the person's name but I believe it was the... manager. She had glasses and a little tattoo on her cheek. Very slow in drive through. Orders were wrong and soi messed up it was pathetic. Go somewhere else! This was a baked potato... with sour cream. Nope. Not even. What's with the chili sauce drizzle? Crazy long and disappointing visit. We watched our food sit for 7 minutes before they put it on the counter for us to... get...sent it back to be made again. Whole burgers (2) were missing, an entire order was missing from their system, and wastold multiple times there was nothing they could do...manager found it 5 seconds after looking. Would have appreciated the frontperson asking for help, rather than telling us there was nothing to do. So, old food, missing food, disappointing customerservice, and crazy long wait times. Was 24 minutes from ordering to sitting down with food. Read more
