I ordered taco bowl salads to go and the taco bowl was crushed at the bottom. I inquired why and was told by the hostess so that... the bowl wouldn't get soggy it is in the bag. I checked the bag and it was not. She then went and asked someone. Upon returningshe informed me that the taco shell was in fact crumbled at the bottom. I stated that I wanted the salad like the description(Taco Salad Seasoned ground beef or chicken, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, black olives, jalapeños, black bean corn salsa,lettuce, tomatoes and scallions served in a deep fried tortilla shell 12.99(Substitute Pork for 1). She returned and stated thatsince I wanted the bowl it would be an additional $2 per bowl. The cost was not going to make or break me but the thought ofpaying for food I've already paid for was unacceptable. She went to get a manager after stating she did not know. I spoke toher in a very clear yet inquisitive tone but was met with a very unprofessional attitude. She was rude, condescending and short.She said well that's just the way it is. The bowl is to big to pack up so I'm not going to argue with you. I was NOT arguing butI did inform her of her attitude and tone. After spending close to $70 in your establishment I expect more. This is a very popular Elyria eatery. We had lunch there after golf and had the most pleasant waitress I have seen in a long... time. She was the best. I did not get her name but she was a tiny young girl full of smiles. The food was good but notspectacular. I have avoided going to this eatery as the noise level can be annoying. Lots of hard surfaces with the soundreflecting off of these surfaces. Read more
We have been here multiple times over the past couple of years, and the food and service has been consistently good. Their menu... is elevated from an ordinary restaurant, but prices and portions are reasonable. One of my favorites is the lobster bisque (onlyavailable on Fridays). Read more
I stopped for takeout after visiting someone in the hospital and ordered the seafood fettuccine and the fried dill pickles. Both... were exceptional. There was so much food I dropped off my leftovers (shown in the picture) to our son who raved about it. Hewants the fettuccine again today and so do I. Read more
Good food and friendly staff. They have some GF options available on the menu. We enjoyed our visit and I had an amazing mixed... drink. It is very dark inside though so we all ended up having to turn on our flashlight to read the menu ???? which made uslaugh and call ourselves old. Read more
Really good food! The buffalo chicken soup is out of this world! My wife's BLT on ciabatta bread and my Chipotle chicken bowl... were excellent! Friendly service at the bar. Read more
Our waiter was attentive which was nice. I had my favorite from here, the Seafood Quesadilla, & it was delicious. My daughter... enjoyed her bowl. However, I was not impressed with my to go order of boneless wings. There seemed to be more lemon pepperseasoning in the container than it was on the wings. Inedible.
