We stopped by the other day. The young ladies were running around clueless. My husband tried to just double check the one syrup... for me, since I have food allergies. He said they were clueless & didn't seem to care, so he said never mind. It wasn't eventhat busy. There was only another couple behind him. The people in front of him had been standing there for a while. We're notsure why the staff didn't write the order & a name on the side of the cup, like all the other Starbucks. Being at an amusementpark shouldn't make a difference in that procedure. He got an iced mocha & I a Pike Place with coconut milk. He said his was ok.Mine was not. It was the most flavorless coffee I have had in a very long time. It was like room temp coconut milk with a dashof coffee. We had to wait over 15 minutes for those "simple" coffees. This is the 1st time in many, many years of being acustomer that we had terrible service & coffee. Read more
Was so happy to have a Mango Dragonfruit after getting off the roller coaster.
The price was a little high but it's at a park, so no surprise there. The coffee was good
Nice Starbucks inside the park that is in a really nice location.
The Starbuck in knobels isn't horrible but when I can buy a venti coffee from a regular Starbucks for the price I paid for a... flipping grande yeah it could have been better and doesn't have espresso I'm not sure why but meh for a quick coffee it worksits just not the best Read more
I was here when I was at Knoebels, due to it being in the park near the Twister. I only got a cake pop but their drinks are very... good. Great place to stop for a quick snack or drink. Read more
I asked for the same drink sitting on the counter behind the employee. She said they couldn't make it. Yet, there it was. Not a... register issue, just that they didn't have what they needed to make the drink. The problem is that I ran a coffee shop. Ipointed to and saw there was a brand new container on the shelf beside her. So then perhaps I would give her a good excuse bysaying maybe the equipment wasn't working. To no avail she stuck with, "We're out of that right now". Business is slow anyway,but now it seemed like someone wanted to do even less and get paid. The other girls were all great. Read more
