There is no ice and no ice machine. I asked and they said they did not have one. By the time I got to 401, my drink was warm.
Most times I've had no issues, but I think the day staff today is super off their game. I placed an app order and it was quick.... There were no issues there. When I brought it to work, all of the extras I paid for were not even included and all things Iwanted off were on. And this is a hit or miss, but half the onion rings were surprisingly burnt. I don't mind it but the personwho it was originally intended for it is not. And I don't think ketchup packets should be guarded under lock and key. Read more

They have never, ever gotten my order right the first go round. Tonight was no exception. No fries with my 5 strips. Mayo on a... burger that says no mayo. Onions on a burger that says no onions. They say Sorry, Sorry, sorry but always make mistakes. Howlong are they supposed to be training workers? This is the Embrun location. The service was really slow the last time I went to get breakfast to go. However, the staff were friendly and I love their... breakfast sandwiches on a sesame bun. Also, I have to say that their coffee was not to bad at all. And who don't love a A & W Root Beer in an A & W chilled glass. Read more
Let it be known that at approximately 1:48 pm on the day of this posting that the best French fries in the world were served.... They were hot, with a crispy, audibly crunchy outside. They were fluffy and tender in the inside. They were perfectly salted;just enough to make me want a sip of delicious root beer, but not so much that I was parched. I cannot promise you perfection atthis A&W, but on this day, at this hour, the absolute unit on the fryer achieved Godhood. Read more
I?m providing a review on the coffee only. The ambience seems great in the restaurant and the floors and surfaces are really... clean and spanking new. But that $1 coffee is really not coffee. It has absolutely no hint of being a coffee product. I lovedrinking coffee and own a small coffee brand. I enjoy a great cup, but am also very lenient when it comes to bad coffee. This ishands down the cheapest tasting cup of ?Joe? I?ve ever tasted. Don?t go here for the coffee! Read more
