Ordered dinner for the family. Everyone we know has had nothing but issues from this location, and we don?t order here often... because of it. Our son was begging for a happy meal, and today there was nobody in the drive thru so we assumed the staff wouldtake their time. Ordered close to $50 worth of food to have half the order incorrect. Missing dip for the 10 piece chickennuggets. Missing everything from half the Big Mac (see photo). Fries were soggy. My son?s cheeseburger was so over cooked it washard, dry and inedible. We also discovered after getting home two yogurts instead of a toy inside his happy meal. He wascompletely upset. After phoning the store (which took four times to get through), we were told they are out of toys and books sothey are substituting the yogurt. This was a total surprise since nobody felt the need to disclose this to us upon ordering. Ifwe would have been told we wouldn?t have placed the order and disappointed our child who was expecting to find a toy in hismeal. It was certainly a sad meal not a happy meal. Now I am awaiting a call from ?higher management? to be reimbursed, but I amnot holding my breath. We are done, and will not return unless serious changes are made. Read more
Ordered a double cheese burger meal on Friday with onions only. Got home to everything in there but onions so went back to have... it fixed. Came back home and still no onions and a burger patty burnt and see-through... I had to throw it out. Called to speakto manager she was not there and they took my information and said she would call me back yesterday and still nothing. Notimpressed at all! Got a notification on my app that that the senators somehow miraculously scored 3 goals last night and big Macs were $3 for the... day. I was pretty disappointed when I went to treat myself ( December 8 2:15pm) that there was a sign on the locked doorssaying "dining room closed, please use the drive thru" however the drive thru had traffic cones blocking it off. Consideringit's the Ottawa Senators I can't imagine this deal is going to come by too often. As I watched one customer after another walkup to the doors, trying to open them in what was an exercise in futility and then disappointingly walk back to their cars Iheard a strange noise in the distance.. It took me a moment to realize It was the sound of all that lost revenue goingelsewhere Addenum: 7/28/2022 thank you for the sausage and egg Mcmuffin minus the egg. 8/21/2022 double hamburger served withone patty. 2 pickles counts as extra. If possible to give no stars.. I would. This sorry excuse for a restaurant that facades as McDonald's should be CLOSED.. and it... only opened a short time ago. I am sitting here eating my A&W breakfast as my experience here led me to request a full refundfor my order. Waited 20 mins in drive-thru.. fine, I can understand being busy... when I received my order.. NOT ONE THING WASCORRECT! It was a single breakfast order.. consisting of 3 items.. and they still couldn't get it right... went into thestorefront to get a refund.. continued to wait for an employee to acknowledge that multiple customers are waiting to beserved... NOPE, manager refused to even glance at us... so I spoke up and suggested they send someone to look after us.. I wasmet by the glare and annoyance of the Manager (if you can truly call her that) this woman tried to essentially "Shush" me like achild.. when I confronted her about the lack of accuracy every time I go there... her response was to say "Ma'am I don't know ifyou noticed, but we're busy" WOW.. yes you condescending genius, I can tell that you're busy, I do have eyes... but pleaseexplain how being busy prevents you from confirming order accuracy??... anyways.. I will never ever attend this or any othermcdonalds location again.. A&W offered to create the same meal for me even though the don't offer it on the menu. NOW THAT ISCUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Read more

It just opened, visited later in the day. The drive through was super quick (unlike all of the other reviews who went during the... opening rush). Our meal was honestly better then any other McDonald?s I?ve ever been too. Fresh full fries, well cooked burgersand perfectly crunchy flakey nuggets! Asked for 2 meals with large fries and mac sauce on the side. Mac sauce wasn't in the bag they put regular mayo instead went... back and got mac sauce got home and both large fries were only half full so paid for large and got a regular fry. Not impressedesp since they haven't even been open a week yet ????the long line I understand it's new and new staff but the lack of fries isinexcusable. Read more
The only issue I've ever had here is getting fries that are kind of stale around 7-8 pm. Other than that, the burgers are... great! And the service is realively quick if you don't go during peak dinner/breakfast hours. Read more
