Ordered a salad on the app, picked it up, drove home, and realized it was a rice bowl. Drove all the way back to have it... corrected, and they forgot to put lettuce in it. The staff was really young so I didn't want to give them a hard time. I triedcalling to speak with the manager about 10 times over the span of a week and couldn't reach anyone. Probably wont be coming backhere, Id rather drive farther and have good service. Read more

I went in on June 25th to order several subs for my co-workers and I. Claire saved the day! She did an amazing job preparing... our sandwiches. As they went down the line in the ingredient section, her co-workers were starting to mix up the orders, and Iinsisted that they stay in order so that we can have everything correctly. Claire took over, apologized and ensured that eachingredient was added properly, then labelled each one so that when I got back to work, everyone had their sub they way theywanted. I hope this review gets back to Claire, so that her manager can recognize her for her efficiency and pleasant service. Read more

Ordered online and they did not get my order. Went to the store and was told nothing we can do you have to order again and pay... full price. The manager will call you Monday to get it corrected. I even showed them my confirmation email as well as mycredit card being charged. Still nothing they could do, when I was about to leave my order came through(I placed the order at10am for a 2pm pickup). Very frustrating experience and not even an offer of a free cookie or anything. Read more

We just left the location without our food. When we arrived we waited roughly 5 minutes for the two girls working to notice we... had entered the store. They were in the back and completely clueless. My husband decided to call to gain the girls attention andwhen they answered she tried to say they were closed (they weren?t supposed to close for an hour) still fully unaware we were inthe front of the store. When we mentioned that we were in the store she came out shocked. She then gave me a hard time aboutordering until I dropped the managers name and then decided to offer to make our food. We declined and left. This is the onlybad experience we?ve ever had at this location but it was one to remember. Read more
