Require either more staff. Or prioritize man power, this location continues to serve drive thru while walkingin I wait 5... minutes. Seems to me 5 people working a window and 1 on counter you will always have a line. Read more

Wait times, some of the staff is awesome, the other half has no manners. Coffee can be awesome or taste like it's been there for... a while/or watered down sometimes... just unorganized, the inconsistencies are the issue I guess? Read more

My experiences at this location are consistently negative whether I go through the drive Thu or go inside for service. Inside... service is extremely slow (as Tim Horton's locations put more focus on speedy drive thru services to the detrement of inrestaurant customers). At this particular location .. inside service is terrible. Staff shortages, new poorly trained staffalone in busy cash spots, and lacking in team supporting each other approach. Today I was inside and it was embarrassing towatch a new not-well-trained employee struggle at a busy cash... Make many mistakes so that customers returned incorrectlymade drinks...myself included for a drink correction 3 times. These instances of poor service are disrespectful to youremployees but more importantly to your customers. I heard negative comments from a 5 person line-up waiting...to be served. Ordinarily I would not bother going back and go somewhere else but since I live in Embrun I thought I would share my experiencesto date one time only in hopes that you as owners would change.. respect your employees more as well as serve your in restaurantcustomers with more respect & appreciation. If not, you have lost me (who know how many others who didn't bother to take thetime to tell you their bad-service stories) as a loyal customer. I noticed in previous negative reviews you asked people tocall to chat with you... It is up to you to reach out to your customers. Ask me for contact info and the contact me for furtherdiscussions. My experience in the past with your 1-800 number has been as bad as your store location service. Most of all Ihope you change your location service methods. Read more

Depending on the time you go, sometimes it?s fast other times we wait. Would be nice if they did coffee and donuts and left the... lunch items for lunch places. :) Read more

Like so many others here I have to rate this location was one of the most inconsistent and possibly one of the worst depending... what time you go. Order simple items like chocolate chip cookies or maple dip donuts and consistently told they don?t have any.Coffee is hit and miss - sometimes it?s made perfectly and other times it?s either not dark roast, coffee is old and/or theyjust don?t get it right. There?s a few employees that are awesome - always friendly and helpful. Others are rude and act likeit?s an inconvenience to serve you. Wait time to be served at the drive thru is insane most times - we?ve waited upwards of 25minutes to have our order taken, be served and leave. For two coffees. SMH. With so many negative reviews you?d think thislocation would step up their game and make some changes. Read more

Not sure why but the service at this location is always slow and late. Specially in the evenings if you use DriveThrough they... won?t be taking order until the car at the window is gone. This happened to me at-least Ten times so far. Even in the day time Istopped using Drive Through and walking in. Update (31st May 2022): Today I ordered XL Dark Roast and XL French Vanilla at thislocation and after coming home when I opened it to split into cups, to my surprise both were not full only 75% of the cup wasfilled. Not sure if they are pouring so less why they are charging for XL. This is ripping off customers. Not sure how manypeople watchout this. It?s like saving 25% on 4 cups will make another XL. This is how you guys are making money?? Reallydisappointed. Changing my review from 4star to 1star. I wish I could give -10 star but apparently there?s no negative staroption. Really disappointed.
