What a cluster over here. This location doesn't serve "fast" food. Then when I got it, the bag was ripped almost all the way,... had I picked it up without another guest noticing and telling me, it would have been all over the ground. What ticked me off was the fact that it seemed like short women were in charge of filling up things & lifting things that the 2... gentlemen should have been doing... since they weren't doing anything... Very GHETTO. Highly UN-Recommended. They do not greet nor acknowledge your presence. Waiting on someone to take your order good... luck with that. There was a gentleman in front of me that must have been invisible to the staff. He went to the kiosk to orderbut eventually just walked out. I ordered on the kiosk but wanted a round egg instead of a folded egg and tried to make thestaff award of that before they made the order. I went in, my original business was fueling at the truck stop. And, even though I used the kiosk (which is supposed to make... things process "faster") it did nothing to remedy the amount of time it took for my order to be handed to me. Well over 10minutes. And there was only the manager and the assembly cook. For a morning shift?! Really?! I'd have given only 1 star,however the order was correct, and hot. As well as the pies being very fresh. So... 4 stars for the food. 1 for the (lack of)speed. And HOPEFULLY they hire more people. Side note. There were people that waited as long as I did for my food, at thecounter. Unacceptable! Drive thru is closed, I'd suggest using the McDonald's app, order ahead and park or use the self service kiosk and distancing.... My first time using the kiosk was great! Tap to pay worked great! The line was long, the staff had there own versions of wearingmasks, acted nice but overworked and tired I'm sure. No issues with the food or the order.
