I had placed an order two days ago for a dozen donuts shaped as the number 7 for my son's birthday today. When my husband came... to pick up the order, we learned that it was never placed. Two other customers that were there at the same time were alsocomplaining about their order. I would recommend visiting the other Dunkin Donuts franchise on Kinderkamack Road instead. Read more

I only go to this location because it?s next to work but 70% of the time my order is wrong. Either my drink is made incorrectly... or a part of my order is missing. The evening shift crew just cannot get it right. Read more
