Can't complain when they get it right...I repeat, when they get it right. Saturday I purchased a Giant $16+ hero within an hour... of calling to confirm they had Whole wheat bread. (They had been out of it the last two times I called prior to ordering viatheir app) they told me yes we have it today. My wife was shopping near by and said she would pick it up. She gets home (6mi. drive) only to see they gave her White bread, not whole wheat as asked for. Plus it must have been two days old. Stale towhere I probably could have driven a nail with it. This being the third time it's happened. I called to complain, manager waspolite and apologized for the mistake and said the bread had just come out of the oven. After being told an hour earlier theyhad it. Next he says, come back and we'll rectify it. Like I'm going to drive 12 miles round trip. He said he would bring itright over. It was late so he agreed bring in the next day (Sunday). It's Monday and I'm still waiting. No call nothing. Mypoint, check your order before you leave. IMO, I spend enough there to deserve a bit of consideration. Read more
Nice flavor but, pricey for a small 6 inch sub. The down turn was I decided not to tip on the card machine and they "push punch"... in a hostile manner my sub over the counter like go and " f ur self with the sub mf" attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. Read more
Very nice & clean to eat, highly priced, & not having dispensers of hand sanitizer inside a food establishment, is not good &... music is played much too loud, when customers eat inside they want to sit & relax & enjoy their meal not with glaring music inthe background. Read more
Much improved from the previous staff of about a year ago: the two dudes were much more polite and paid attention to the orders.
Very good service, although when we asked for the sub to be cut in three they were cut in four pieces. But still good ????????.... Leaving a rating on google lead to us having a bag of free chips!! Read more
***** update**** aug 6,2020 I will never return here again. Did my online order showed up maybe 2min early. There was bags on... the pickup shelves none with my name no big deal I was early. Watched the lines back up as things got busier. 45min later I hadit and the dude that was making sandwiches actually asked me as I was trying to get the guy at the registers attention what myname was. He turns to a counter full of pick ups and says here. There were 8 others in the same boat waiting for their ordersthey already paid for. The guy behind the register was obviously flustered and had no organizational skills to handle the job oftaking payments from customers there and getting those bags on the shelves . Who knows how long my bag was sitting there butwhen I got home my sandwich was cold dry and the roll was burnt some how. I even left a tip ahead of time for this service. People standing there couldnt believe it either as they were finally getting their food after standing there so long. Did nobodywonder why we were standing there that long? Ridgewood and paramus will be getting my buisness. Pretty good. The guys atnight are real nice and kept it moving. Place looks pretty clean and the food is right out there so you can see it as they grabit. Grabbed a few steak and cheese sandwiches and chips. The steaks are pretty good and tasty. I'll definitely be coming backhere when I need a sandwich fix. Fyi the rolls are that nice soft hero rolls just how it should be. Read more
This is a great place for a really good lunch sandwich. I recommend #13, which is a very good Italian hero. If you get it... "Mike's way", it will have lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and you can add other things like bananapeppers, jalapeños, and chopped cherry peppers. Their sandwiches are really loaded and it makes them fun, tasty, filling, BUTthey can be MESSY to eat, so don't be take them out to eat in your car - either take them home or eat them there at theshop. The giant size subs are a full meal for two hungry people. There is a "Shore Points" loyalty program that will eventuallyearn you a free sandwich if you eat there frequently, so register and remember to remind the cashier you are a member if you area regular. I came here at 8:36 pm tonight and they already had the grill off and all toppings packed up, also Open sign shut off. I?m not... one to show up last minute and order, but seriously? they must have started to cleanup at 8:30pm. I don?t think your owner willappreciate you guys closing early Read more
