Took 20 minutes for a take and bake. Cigarette lighter on the counter. No apology much less customer service. 0/10
Worst customer service ever! I understand they had people quit and were short staffed?.but this is still a business. My hat goes... off to the manager who actually was very apologetic to the customer who?s order was wrong! But nevertheless, the customerservice received by the cashier with the purple hair was horrible! I don?t care for Little Caesars Pizza, but I had a 3.00 Pizzaoffer from T-Mobile. Pretty busy at most times but pizza is decent and cheap.
I usually order online but either way pizza its always good and hot! They know what they are doing here. Good work!
