We went for a family dinner on Sunday. We had high expectations as we were very pleased with our dining experience at PF... Chang’s elsewhere. Ambiance is impressive. Crazy long wait. High percentage of tables are available, but sees take forever to actually get to you? How is that? With the... recent bad reviews, it makes sense this is not a good experience. To add insult, the copy paste responses from ‘owner’sucks. They do not actually care, I’m glad I’m not married to PF and will no longer visit any locations. It’s a chainattitude, so chain experience. Very unfortunate experience on Monday. Not one Staff member took notice that only half the table had received their meals,... including our Server. I completely understand being short staffed, but then team work should kick in to take care ofcustomers. Wish my comments could include a critique of the food I ended up not accepting from the very nice and persistentManager. Read more
I was very dissatisfied! I usually Love the beef n broccoli the sauce is delicious, this evening the beef was like beef jerky... and was not even hot. We waited an hour for out burnt meal. The Ginger Peach tea was excellent when it arrived 30 minutes afterwe ordered. Read more
Very tasty Chinese food for a place that isn't strictly Chinese. Actually this spot might actually be considered Asian fusion,... or Asian reimagined. Either way, it's a refreshing change from the traditional Chinese, and the food is really good. Our serverwas very quick, efficient and attentive. Even though we had overheard that there was a staffing shortage that day (hence our ~15minute wait), our server was still fast. Food was great (as I've stated probably twice already), and even though it was lessfood than a traditional Chinese, it still filled us up nonetheless. Glad we chose this spot. Read more

Out of my 300+ contributions to Google reviews, I believe I have only given one - 1?? review… we’ll PF Changs.. I’m sorry... to say you are now the second 1?? review.. I should have read Jonathan’s review before ordering the honey chicken (which iswhat I got). He’s right in that “It was awful. The honey chicken was over breaded, soggy and there was so much sauce onit, it ruined the rice in the bowl.” I got the food Togo and felt scammed because I spent $30 for unflavorful / bland food(honey chicken with fried rice as a side ($5 surcharge)). If I was honestly eating at the restaurant I would have asked themanager for a refund. This was my first time at PF changs and although I understand quality can vary from location to location,I will not be trying any more locations in the future.
