The food here is OK, but the service here is terrible. I've been here several times. The waitress was nice and professional, but... the waiter (or maybe owner?) with beard talks like he's a royal lord or something. Today I saw a customer sitting there waitingfor his order. The waiter with beard came out with some food. The customer asked if that was his order or not. The waiter rudelysaid, "I told you, wait for 6 minutes," with a very serious face. The customer said "I waited for a while. I don't know whosefood that it. That's why I ask." The waiter waved his hands like a dispoited parent, staring at the customer without saying aword. Their pizza is very good and incredibly well priced for the usual price of other pizza places. Their pizza cookie hits every... single time, pesto bread has me in a chokehold, and the way their garlicky sauce is made is nectar of the gods. Very goodpizza. Only complaint is I think they have a new chef because lately they don't chop up the onions very well, they always comein huge chunks, like, so big I could turn them into acrylics size chunks. But other than that, love this place. Read more
The chicken tika massala pizza ???? is amazing!!!!! The flavors, the quality of their ingredients and the price is good. My... only suggestion is to crisp the crust just a bit more because you load it with toppings so a firmer crust is better. Don’twant anything to fall off! So so good Read more
If you’re going to buy food from here only buy pizza. Don’t buy any sides like wings or fries. Overall the pizza was good.... Nothing crazy. Just good. However the wings and fries are horrible. The sauce that they put on the wings taste like expired hotsauce. And the cheese fries are not actual cheese fries. They give you fries with NASTY cheese dipping sauce. Read more
The middle eastern dude is the definition of terrible customer service. He couldn't understand what I meant when ordering a side... of jalapeños and ranch, which I don't think is absurd when ordering pizza..... then when I was short cash even though there'san online coupon on their website for any gourmet large at $18.99 he wanted to insist that I pay the $31.XX he wanted to chargeme. He makes a phone call and eventually, reluctantly took the $25.45 that I had on me and barks FIVE MINUTES at me and thenhad me waiting for twenty minutes before he finally gave me a cold, borderline stale pizza and no jalapeños or ranch. Theentire time maintaining the rudest look on his face that I can't describe as anything other than a Leer. Needless to say thiswas my first and last experience at Pizza Amigos. Read more
I stood there for about 15 mins while the lady continued to Answer Phone call after phone call... Without any true... acknowledgment or giving me any real information about my pick up order. I asked 3 different workers before I got what was noteven a Clear Answer in regard to my order. Thumbs Down!!!!!!!!! Read more
Never delivered my pizza and refused to refund it because they claim they handed it to someone outside my house (I live alone).... The pizza is only okay but the customer service is awful. Read more
