Burger was HEAVY and juicy. Red onions even though they?re grilled are very strong, if you?re on a date , don?t get them unless... you want strong onion breath ????. Great burgers at a public market, but who likes soggy fries soaked in oil with lil to zero garlic in it. I would come back but... I won't be getting their disgusting fries, the pics actually don't reflect that because they put tons of parmesan cheese on topof the fries. While driving through we noticed the Public Market and decided to stop for lunch. While there are many options we decided on... Super Duper Burger. This was our first ever experience with this company and felt at home. Upon entering we were great by acharismatic and outgoing cashier named Brenda. Brenda explained everything and gave amazing descriptions of their burgers andgave us her guarantee that this would be the best burger we?ve had. She was absolutely correct. Ended up here because it was one of the only places still open late in the evening at the Public Market. But I enjoyed my... experience! I had a spicy chicken sandwich, which was very juicy and so delicious! And I also got a chocolate shake, but in akid size which was a perfect way to indulge without feeling too guilty haha. Great place to enjoy a relatively cheap, high quality burger and socialize! Their service is quick and my burger was cooked... perfectly per request. Super Duper is always consistent with their burgers and i've never been disappointed with their food. TheConcord and SF locations are similar in taste as well. Self serve pickles and condiments were a plus. Read more
Greeted and assistance offered.We used the Kiosk to place our order. Really easy. Ground beef quality & taste really fresh but... seasoning wasn't mixed well throughout the burger.The burger was really greasy it makes the bun greasy.???????????Garlic Frieswere ok. Milk shake was watery.Thicker cut tomatoes and more lettuce should be added to help balance the meat. The bacon usedwere not strips, they were pieces. My 16yr old wasn't impressed. Tried a spicy chicken sandwich. I liked the spicy coating, had a nice crunch. And the pickles on the sandwich were cut the long... way and did not slide out. I thought the bun seemed a bit sweet. The chicken did not seem flavorful or seasoned. I ate thesandwich but it did not make my order again list. I did like a self service ordering feature on the counter that was availableimmediately and I skipped the cashier line. Unfortunately, after a couple bites I opened the paper wrapping a bit more andspilled a lot of sauce on my pants. Oops!
