I don't think some small food places realize they can kill a weekly customer for life. I left Angelo's shortly after moving to... this area because they always lied about there pricing it would be like $8 wings but only plain adding sauce makes it 16. Andthe pizza was bad, service we awful. So I came here for a year or three and loved it. Amazing staff, pizza and even fries areinsane! I go one time and only order for myself instead of my regular big order for my family. And the guy seems slightlyirritated. He seems in charge or at least one of the managers and when I hand him my card he tosses it on the counter when Iwas reaching to get it back. To me, that's straight ignorant. My son was getting married and I needed 12 pizza's delivered and setup for the post wedding party at 10:00 pm! I'm not from the... area and was nervous about the setup and delivery, but once I spoke to Mike (owner), he assured me everything will be fine andhe will take responsibility to deliver and set everything up! He text me to confirm everything before the delivery. When wearrived he was at the hotel and setting everything, nothing skipped a beat and the pizzas were great!! I am from Brooklyn NY. I lived there for 60 yrs so I know GREAT pizza. HOORAY!!! Pizza at The Heart of Sicily is Bklyn pizza in... PA!!! I FINALLY found the best pizza EVER in PA!!! They make FRESH sauce and FRESH pizza dough EVERY DAY!!! I stopped eatingpizza crust in Bklyn MANY MANY yrs ago. The Heart of Sicily's pizza crust is PHENOMENAL!!! It has just a tiny touch of sweetnessto it that makes it the BEST pizza crust I have ever had!!! No kidding!!! And the size of the slices r just as big if not biggerthan Bklyn pizza! I took my grandson there for lunch and by the time we left the place was PACKED!!! AND many people came in topick up orders too!!! There r plenty of seats to eat there. They have an online menu so u can order that way or by phone. Thestaff is sooo...friendly too! One of the cooks/chefs call my 5 yr old granddaughter princess! I take her there once a wk forpizza after school. She was born in PA and has had Bklyn pizza (I actually bought Bklyn pizza home to PA). She also says thepizza at The Heart of Sicily is as good as Bklyn pizza! My sister who still lives in NYC loves their pizza too! She also had ahamburger from there and said it was REALLY good!
