We just moved to eminence... chicken strips...burger...fries just nasty..worst dq ever
Since new management and owners have taken this establishment over. They have done a complete turn around. Stopped there here a... few weeks ago. And got me a sausage and biscuit it was hot and very good. Customer service was outstanding as well. Read more
I have always enjoyed my trips to this DQ - glad to see it has new owners! The new owners were much needed - now hiring people... that actually want to work! The new employees at this DQ are so polite & respectful under the new owners! You get your orderquickly now unlike before! The food is still incredibly good & you definitely get what you pay for unlike the McDonald's up theroad! Best ice cream in town!!! Love this place!!!???????????? Read more
Never a bad time for ice cream. Under new ownership and management.
First time I came here I paid $12 for a small meal and the meat was so bad I couldn't even eat my sandwich (and I eat some... pretty questionable things), the fries were cold and the ice machine had no ice. Second time, I came for just a slush and ittook them so long to give it to me that it was juice by the time I got it. The service is poor and the food is worse. ???? Read more
Wish I could give it less than 1 star! Paid 40 bucks for lunch and desserts, and I literally ate one bite of my burger. It was... the nastiest burger I've ever had, my husband (human garbage disposal) agreed! Threw it away! I dined here this afternoon, and while I know it?s just an everyday fast food place, the service was exceptionally bad. The... staff seemed scatterbrained when it came to people?s orders, they were kind, but all over the place. The restaurant wasn?t verybusy, yet none of the staff knew who?s order went where. My fiancé received the completely wrong order, and the rest of mygroup sat and waited for their food until we had to remind the staff about it.
