Cash registers not working right but cashier's handled it calmly, quickly, and effectively. Love this place .
10-9-21 Emmetsburg Caseys, 10:30am and no breakfast burritos but the pictures are plastered all over the windows. NO ketchup... packets for to go, no hot sauce either, I guess mayonnaise and musterd is good enough. Bolth ice makers on both fountain machines constantly broke...??? Staff have advised me corporate knows about problems but will... not fix properly or replace.. I really hope for their own sake they fix some of their discrepancies before Quick Star opensup... as I see them loosing at least half of their customers base Read more
I just stopped here and me and my mom where the only customers that had mask on. Even though there are multiple signs to wear... one. The associates have them on but don't refuse entry to anyone not wearing one. Read more
I ordered a Pizza over the hone. When I arrived there were...No pizzas cooking. No pizzas started. The person in the kitchen... said there were no orders and the cook was outside on a break. An hour after ordering the pizzas we finally received our order. I never received one I'm sorry and was treated like I was the one at fault. Read more
I wouldn't even give the Casey's store in Emmetsburg Iowa a 1 star. It is 7 pm and there is highschool girls softball tournament... tonight along with boys baseball game tonight and the warmer was completly empty and I asked if they had anything coming out forit and the workers said maybe 10 minutes wow really and not even an apology Read more
9-25-2022 Stopped in at 12:15 with my wide. There was no pizza out at all so we didn't get any food. Then we tried to get iced... coffee. We got 1 cup and tried to get a second cup and it was out. We asked the women in the kitchen if she would be able tochange it. She was extremely rude. She said she had no time to help us at all. So in the end I didn't get food or a drink.
