The pizza is ok, it's better this time because I received the correct order.
This place is friendly and the food is good, but...the building needs an overhaul urgently
Had to talk to a call center rep to place an order. Upon entering the store to pick up my order I was intentionally ignored with... NO employees working that night acknowledging my presence. 8-10 minutes after arriving someone said Hi, are you here to pick upan order? Do better. We pay enough for the food here, the least you can do is offer an immediate and friendly greeting. Read more
Never had a problem with this location. Currently no dine-in but still very well ran, polite finally employees and the food came... out hot and fresh exactly how I ordered it. Read more
Decent management and employees, and the pizza is okay too. Unfortunately I had them charge me for a few pizzas I didn?t... receive. I called them and they couldn?t refund my card, so I took it as a credit. A few months later when I tried to use thecredit, they said it expired after thirty days, which they did not specify. Not happy that Pizza Hut essentially robbed me. Ohwell. Read more
Let's start with the employees. I've been going to this Pizza Hut one to two times a month for the entire year of 2021. I was... acknowledged immediately when I walk in the door I never stood at the counter with an employee's back to me they have alwaysbeen kind and ready to help and smile. The pizza has always been perfect. All the way to the last bite of crust I've never had aburnt bite of food from this location ever. I suggest that you walk on into the Pizza Hut and Emmitsburg and you're in for areal treat. Read more
Always order out takeout from here and am never disappointed. Our order is always correct and always cooked (baked?) to... perfection. The staff is friendly and professional, especially Eric. Pizza hut of Emmitsburg, I don't know what you're payingthat man, but you need to triple it. Quality employee, Quality pizza, even if it does give me heartburn, that's not the Hutsfault. Read more
