I have been there twice, not a pleasant experience either time. First time chicken was ok, but they didn't add 2 of the sides... to my family meal. The second time I was shorted on corn nuggets, but when I went in they corrected the issue no problem,issues were chicken wasn't cooked long enough to form a good crisp golden brown tender, and there was a piece of fried chickenthat was literally just fried bone and cartlidge. The food is Great here, and the staff are very friendly. I will definitely return to this store. However the curbside pickup... Chicken Salad sandwich is smaller than the drive thru Chicken Salad sandwich, and doesn't have grapes in it, it has olives. Why? Read more
We went there on a Friday afternoon around 4pm so by no means a busy time of day for meals. The chicken tenders were hot and... yummy, rolls and okra were good too. The cashier was super friendly and helpful! Easy place to get gas and food when passingthrough as it is connected to a gas station. Read more
Went in on a Saturday to place an order for a family gathering to pick up first thing Sunday morning. At both visits the staff... were very friendly and answered all my questions. I scheduled the pick up for 10:45 am and I was out the door at 10:43. Thechicken strips were great, and the rolls were amazing. I should have ordered more because they sure went quick at Decoration. There chicken salad, chicken tenders ARE THE BOMB!!! Best place to eat and amazing sides to choice from. I love going to eat... here because the food is always so delicious and I will never go to another chicken place again. Way better than chickenexpress. Read more
First time and last time....went there at 6:30pm ordered an 8 piece box half grilled half fried...got home (lake fork) to find... there was only 2 pieces of grilled 4 pieces of fried....then to look at the grilled chicken it was like staring at dried upjerky...when peeling the chicken off the bones crumbled..... THISSSSSSSS chicken was old so it was thrown out! The whole box!The fried chicken also had no meat on the legs worth trying to eat!
