The manager literally told me that it is impossible to allow me to have extra lettuce and extra tomato even if I want to pay for... it because "if it is not on the computer you can't have it and I have no way to charge." Following this one of the people in myparty who had grilled chicken received a dark, old looking piece of chicken and the same manager said it would take anadditional 15 minutes to cook it. Would of been 5 stars had I not ofv had to wait when there was only 1 car ahead of me an had the person at the window of at... least smiled an had I not of had to pull fwd an wait for my food an then the lady didn't smile when coming to the BBQ window totell me to pull fwd an bring me food an then thank goodness I was in a small enuff vehicle to make the very tight corner back tothe parking lot to get back to work. Awful service here.....this location desperately needs some retraining of their team. We (usually) enjoy visiting a Braum's when... we're in a town that has one for the great service, fantastic food and frozen treats, and cleanliness of the establishment.Honestly, none of those boxes were checked. The restrooms were a joke, possibly because the restaurant is literally underrenovation (while open?! Not sure the food safety there...), the food we received was incorrect, and it took about 20 minutes tomake this one incorrect order. No comments from the staff, no apology, no thanking for patience, nothing - just standing therewaiting for the next person to walk in the door. Honestly, you're better driving the extra five minutes across town to theother Braum's, or perhaps to one of the other dozens of options in the area. Read more
So sad that it seems it has gone downhill. Dirty booths and seats, broken blinds and overall ran down. Still great burgers and... fries with excellent ice cream. Read more
Good selection, quick service. Great place for breakfast, and ice cream, not necessarily at the same time. Clean restrooms.
I unleashed my inner fat kid. I have since regrown the dad gut. The best fast food burger I have ever had. That patty was great... and the cheese was fresh. Had an egg nog ice cream cone. Bought a quart of egg nog to go with some fresh oatmeal cookies. Thiswas the culinary crescendo of my travel through Kansas. Read more
This place is great! Even a simple cheeseburger tastes delicious here. Their fries are large, krinkle cut and just begging to be... dipped in sauces. Real limeades (unlike their competitor across the street). Fresh deliveries and even a market to shop atinside.
