I am understanding of being short staff and with all respect to the workers but this is the slowest most unorganized BK I have... been too. This has happened on multiple occasions where we have waited 15 minutes at the window and no one speak to us followedby another 15 minutes at the second window only to be told they have not started our food yet? Waited over 30 minutes finally went to ask about our food and they acted like they couldnt find my order then she started... throwing it all in a sack and it had been sitting there. I had to go back as they forgot a ff, then the 2 children sacks wassuppose to be ketchup only on cb which it wasnt they forgot a toy which we had to go back up and we ordered 2 double cb got asingle and a double, not very good service and when asked for manager they just kind if ignored me. We are retired and raising 3grandkids we dont go out very often as its expensive and it was not a good experience today as we was from out of town. We're trying to find a place to eat at least once a month and meet family but I dont think this is the place. Read more
Wonderful experience tonight. The food was very good and full like they should be. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff... kind of a wait but hey I?d rather wait and have hit fresh food than something that has been made and sitting there. My onlycomplaint is they used to accept 2 coupons but would only accept 1. So glad this location has changed and everything is back tobetter than it used to be! Read more
Put our orders in and the Tables were clean and everyone was friendly. And got some good Fries and Whoppers. Drinks were good,... the Bathroom's were clean and we enjoyed our meals. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to use cash because their credit card machine was down and then I looked at my... receipt and it contained a ?round up donation? I never consented to. The bathrooms were about 100 degrees and there was wettoilet paper and urine all over the floors and toilet seats. The drinks were almost all out and the workers gave us attitudewhen my son asked for his drink he never received. I will NEVER BE BACK! Avoid at ALL costs!!!! Read more
I'm not really sure what exactly changes y'all have made to Burger King in Emporia, but I do know that from a year ago even... Burger King is now so significantly better. The staff are way more friendly. Food's getting out food is being handed outcorrectly and cooked correctly. The pace of service has picked up drastically. I am overall very very impressed by this completeturn around. Keep up the good work. And also shout out to management especially the assistant DeeDee for such friendly customerservice. I Love Burger Kings breakfast and they have the best fast food Breakfast Burritos in town. I'M Talking about the Eggnormous... Burrito and this thing is huge and worth every penny. I always go for the all Bacon Eggnormous Burrito with a Diet Cherry DPand you have to try this burrito otherwise you're missing out. Nice friendly staff as well and great deals. Read more
This place is an extra kind of special. We were passing through and needed a quick meal. Nothing about our stop was quick. My... sister needs gluten free, so she ordered her meal and requested no bun. You would have thought she had just asked these workersabout quantum physics. They could NOT understand what to do for an order with no bun. We had to pull up to the window to give adetailed explanation of what we wanted, because saying "no bun" is a really hard concept apparently. It took about 20 minutesfor them to get our whole order (3 meals) entered, understood, and paid for (I don't think they actually understood anything.They just wanted us to leave). We got to the next window where we got 2 of 3 drinks and then were asked to pull forward since wehad to wait for our food to be "made fresh." There was no one else in the drivethrough, so I'm not sure why they needed us topull forward. Another 5-ish minutes of waiting and they bring out part of our order (it was incorrect). We said we still neededone more drink and meal. The worker looked so so so confused. He returned with the final meal, but no drink. I understand beingshort staffed and having new staff, but this was not an issue of being short staffed. There was not a single customer in thebuilding or drive through. Common sense and general problem solving skills are seriously lacking in the staff at this facility.Don't waste your time, money, or sanity with this place. Read more
