Pizza was made perfect and hot when I got it.

They get 2 stars for a clean bathroom. The clerk/manager was rude when I asked about coffee. They don?t have coffee after 8pm.... It was 9p and the store is open at least until 10p. I was told if I wanted coffee I should come before 8p. We were drivingthrough so not an option to plan that, we just wanted coffee for our long drive. By far the worst customer service I?ve ever seen. A couple of days ago, I ordered a pizza and some cheesesticks close to... closing time. I showed up 5 minutes prior to them closing when this female worker said I couldn?t pay for it since their cashregisters were shut down for the night despite it not being closing time. While it did make me annoyed that I couldn?t pay forit, I wouldn?t have been as annoyed if I didn?t see my exact order staring at me in the face. Once I realized I wasn?t gettinganywhere with this worker, I just walked out. At my first job, we always had to finish people?s order despite it being close toclosing time. I missed eating the pizza here, but I?ll gladly look for anywhere else but here. Terrible service. Read more
Went in for breakfast burrito for husband and me. He watched it being made. Was wrapped, sealed. Everything in it was cold. ... Cheese, eggs, meat, potatoes. We each had 2 bites. Threw rest away. Still needed breakfast. Went in for apple fritter. Doughnut case wasn't clearly marked, got cherry fritter A VERY dry, hard old cherry fritter. Threw that away fortunately itwas just one pastry. McDonald's made our breakfast this morning. It has to be bad when my Dutch husband won't eat it anyway. Won't be doing ordering food from ANY Casey's. Wasted money. Coffee was good. The young man and short chubby lady that worked at pizza counter were rude. I waited to order and watched a young man making a... pizza and not acknowledge me. I left to use restroom and my husband took my place and he was still making the same pizza when Ileft!! Well he stopped making that one pizza when he saw a man get in line behind us and asked how he could help them!! Then thewoman was just standing by the office door looking at paperwork hanging on door, did NOT even acknowledge us! When she noticedme taking a picture, then she finally tried to take my order. She was rude and short with her replies. Both my husband and Idecided to eat elsewhere. Short version rude employees. This place needs management training and to teach its employees aboutcustomer service. The coffee was good and Nathan at the checkout was very nice. Read more
Do not order delivery! No accountability! You order pizza you may or may not receive it! Manager and staff could care less and... are very unhelpful! Save your money and go somewhere else. You could get what you ordered or you could just give them money andreceive nothing! This Casey?s is the worst! Read more
