I never go to Jimmy John's, but in a moment of poor judgement I went tonight - apparently for a reminder as to why I never go... there. The employee that took my order could only be described as comically rude. I mean, it took considerable effort on herpart to not only be rude to me unprovoked, but also to the poor guy who made the mistake of coming in to pick up an online orderwhile I was there. Food was exactly the same bland thing I've had there before, but they didn't screw it up as far as I couldtell so the 2 stars are just for the other employee who looked ashamed of her coworker. Absolutely the worst customer service. Me and my family went in there excited to try there food our first time there. Ughhh we... had to speak to the manager about the cashier she was very rude and annoyed when we asked her about the menu and if she had anyrecommendations. She straight rolled her eyes and pointed at the menu and told us ?can?t you read? wow we didn?t order anythingwe just left.
