I never go to Jimmy John's, but in a moment of poor judgement I went tonight - apparently for a reminder as to why I never go... there. The employee that took my order could only be described as comically rude. I mean, it took considerable effort on herpart to not only be rude to me unprovoked, but also to the poor guy who made the mistake of coming in to pick up an online orderwhile I was there. Food was exactly the same bland thing I've had there before, but they didn't screw it up as far as I couldtell so the 2 stars are just for the other employee who looked ashamed of her coworker. Driver delivered the sandwiches to the wrong address. Then when she came back was VERY rude and laughing about it. Then a... sandwich was made wrong TWICE!! When the driver came back she was laughing again. The started telling at my daughter. I do notrecommend this place at all. They have gone down hill. And both drivers and management are extremely rude and thought the wholesituation was funny. Read more

The food was good, but I felt horrible for the driver. They must have been having a busy night because they were panting and... sweating like crazy. They were very sweet though. I feel like if your employees are running themselves ragged like that you needmore people on the clock. I'm a delivery driver myself so I know how it is. Also, she was wearing gloves but no mask and I stillhad to sign a receipt even though I said contactless. Maybe make sure everyone is on the same page with protocol because I wouldhave preferred them have a mask and place the order on the table like I specified. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service. Me and my family went in there excited to try there food our first time there. Ughhh we... had to speak to the manager about the cashier she was very rude and annoyed when we asked her about the menu and if she had anyrecommendations. She straight rolled her eyes and pointed at the menu and told us ?can?t you read? wow we didn?t order anythingwe just left. We did tell her she needed to go home if she was having a bad day or just didn?t like us. Read more
