The staff was smiley, friendly, & helpful. And the new fountain drink dispenser would have been a welcome addition if not for... the appearance that it had not been cleaned since installation. Also, the flies outnumbered the patrons five to one. Not a goodlook for any store especially one with open food warmers. We used to love this stop traveling through Emporia, but with severalpumps out of service & the appearance that cleanliness is low priority, we'll find a new stop next time. Read more
Like the other drivers have said DO NOT stop here! This place is dump. (Trash everywhere) Went in this morning to take a shower,... and found a wet towel in the sink. Shower floor was still wet from the prior driver. The store had lots of empty shelves and theManager was walking around cussing under his breath. Keep disrespecting the driver's, and find out!! Clorox spray would go a long way for the tile grout in the shower. It looks like guaranteed foot fungus. Air duct didn't have a... cover, shower handle and fan knobs were broken off. Towels were a faded brown so safe to say they don't get bleached at all. OhI almost forgot, the lock latch for the door was just completely gone. Read more
This place is dirty and gross. The only worker that seemed to be doing anything was the shower cleaner and they could use some... retraining not very good at all. Floors are dirty trash cans full and garbage all over outside. Management is NOT doing theirjobs. I always thought Republicans believed in hard work. This is a very republican area and don't seem like anybody wants towork, very gross here! Would not recommend to stop unless you have to. Read more
Quite unimpressed. I used to park here often years ago, and fully enjoyed the cleanliness and no reserved parking. I understand... having reserved parking, but use the money to clean up all the nasty garbage from the grassy areas. This has become a disgustingplace to get stuck for the night! Read more
Fuel lanes can get hectic. Not enough space to pull straight forward and park after fueling. I don't even think they have a fuel... line painted on the ground. After fueling I would just park and then go in. Blue beacon to the immediate left of flying j. Veryconvenient location with the Tyson plant 3 miles down the road. Read more
Monday morning and nobody to clean showers, so showers down used a shower credit in app person refused to credit it. Basic stuff... not available. Barely enough staff to handle basic amenities could probably get away with parking in reserve. Read more
