Would of given 0 stars but can't, lady was rude on the phone and very condescending then she didn't even apply the coupon said... it was on there but it wasn't made us repeat ourselves multiple times and was still rude about it. Will probably never orderfrom here again smfh. Read more
Last week, called for delivery at 8:30, was told closed due to lack of help. This week called at 7pm for delivery again, local... didn't answer, got call center. First asked and answered delivery. 10 minutes later was told be ready in 15-20 minutes. Irepeated delivery, another 5 minutes ended hanging up on guy after telling me out of thin and hand toss crust. If I could give zero stars I would. The young girl at the drive thru window was rude. Didn?t great us or say anything. She had a... different gut hand out our order. I asked if the extra sauce I purchased was in the bag, he says I don?t know, I?m off theclock. Wow!!! They don?t give Parmesan packets anymore. You have to buy a shaker from them. RMH!!! I would have given it a 5 but the salad bar I love so much was not open, however it is the best Pizza Hut I have found in a long... time! The pizza reminded me of when I was a kid. My family and I went to Pizza Hut in Covington, LA almost every Sat! This wasso much better than the take out only places and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Looking forward togetting the salad bar back! Read more
