Really uncomfortable to order from someone standing outside in a place where you can't see the menu. Really weird to do unless... the normal drive thru speaker is broken. (I asked and its not, they said they were "trying something new") I wasn't greeted,just asked what I wanted to order. I got a breakfast sandwich that was literally dripping oil from the bag and sandwich itself. Read more
We have all heard the horror stories of supply chain and employment problems that are affecting all forms of retail, but when... you go to a Starbucks and find out they are out of small cups and creamer for the coffee it starts to seem that maybe someoneshould be held accountable for the situation. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch veti with extra drizzle and I ordered two this way and they both came out with no drizzle... what's so ever even after I pay extra for it. I got nothing.i asked and they said that's how it's is looks with extra and thepicture on their board looks better. Read more
I travel to Kansas City a lot, usually in the mornings and this is always a great stop to refill on coffee and use the restroom.
