Been going there for years. Always appreciated the military discount, but the last couple of times i was told they don't do... discount for military. 1st time the girl was a bit snooty about it. Just figured it was her and not this store. Went backagain... Nope they just don't offer it anymore. Which is OK... I will just go else where. Love the ppl they know me so well they don't complain about my truck or haven to make my food special for me they always say hi... an come to the window to say it if they have time an they smile so big! They might not know my name but they know my order analways make eye contact. Management included in the polite behavior always smiling an got up beat personality! Read more
I usually have a good time at this taco bell but I just doordashed food and my driver is brand new to doing doordash and she was... so confused bc the lobby was locked even though it is 11:30 and the drive thru was backed way up. She also mentioned that theywere rude to her even though she is new to this. I just wish the customer service was better and I know it?s late but still. Whyis your lobby locked when it?s 3 hours before what time you?re supposed to be closed? Makes no sense at all. Read more
Online says they are open til 2 am on Fridays. We got there at 11:50. Sat in line for almost 10 minutes, for them to tell us... they are closed. Read more
Food was okay, the steady decline of quality in fast food is across the board so ???????
I ate here regularly since March when I moved here in March. Today will be my last. You wanna trash my tacos into broke little... crumbs. No way to hold it and I disappointed a restarurant can keep the new minimized menu stock. Pretty sad no quality control. So I spent any money here. Lesson learned Read more
I Ordered 2 STEAK quesadillas and 2 chili-cheese burritos and a Large Baja Blast TO GO. I got ONE BEEF quesadilla and 2... chili-cheese burritos and they made it for "dine In". I took it back and said this was TO GO and it was supposed to be STEAK andthere was supposed to be TWO of them.....she said "YOU should've ordered steak and YOU should've ordered it TO GO" ...i said"Look at my receipt, its say TO GO and it says STEAK and its says 2" ...she said "Whatever"...then gave me back my order...stillon a "Dine in" tray and even though i now had 2 quesadillas, they were both BEEF, not STEAK...i took them back again...theyfinally got the order right but it still wasnt TO GO...i just said screw it and decided to eat it there. I walk up and hit thebutton for BAJA BLAST and its empty..i tell them about it and they did NOTHING! Terrible place. Read more
This taco bell location closes the lobby to customers too early, it is currently 5:40pm and for those of us who walk and do not... have a car cannot eat as we cannot use the drive thru... Read more
