This most recent visit was less than satisfying. The menu board had a section that was not lite. I asked for a bacon... cheeseburger. The order taker asked if I ment a Dave's classic. Being unable to check I said yes. It doesn't have bacon. Also the bun was VERY greasy I mean like they brushed the top of the bun in butter. I ended up not eating the bun. I alsoordered a baked potato. The potato was properly cooked and I liked it but using shredded cheese is not a very good choice. It's not a good melting cheese and it separates when they try to melt it. Come on Wendy's you used to be one of my favoriteplaces to go. Read more
Most of the employees have been very nice at the drive thru window, but both times in the past month that I've visited, the... manager at the window has been inattentive and neglected doing his job well. I understand not wanting to interact with customersmuch, as a fast food employee myself, but I would expect at least a little more from a manager. I've also been missing some fooditems, but I understand since its somewhat common in fast food update: Came in through the drive thru today, this time Iordered through to mobile app to skip the line. Came to the drive thru and waited about a minute to get checked in, and got sentto the parking lot after a few minutes because my food was not ready. I sat in the parking lot for FIFTEEN MINUTES. My food waseventually brought to me by the SAME manager, who said nothing when handing me my food, not even an apology. What made it worseis that we watched several cars go through the drive thru very quickly, while we sat outside in the heat. Would 100% notrecommend if you care about customer service. Read more
It was great food very cold in the restaurant very friendly and patiently the employees .
They are pretty quick here and the food is always hot. Can't beat the baconater fries.

Was SO excited to have a Wendy's back in Emporia. My grandmother LOVES the chili. It is her favorite fast food dish. I live in... KC and have stopped off in BETO Junction just to get Wendy's chili when I come to visit her. The other night, we came throughyour drive through. We ordered a 4 for 4 deal and a chili. The service was quick enough, the staff friendly and the wait wasaround 15 minutes. Unfortunately, once we got to her house I found that we were not given the chili. I was charged for the chili(it's on my receipt) but we did not get the chili. Needless to say, my grandmother was very disappointed. She was excited when aWendy's opened up near her home, but she can't get out on her own easily anymore. This was going to be the perfect end to achilly, happy day spent with family. It ended up sadly disappointing. I will return again and hopefully then be able to updatemy review with a better score. Read more
Wendy's in Emporia, KS had it's Grand Opening the week before Christmas in 2019 in it's brand new building. The vehicles were... backed up on 6th Avenue for at least a block. Although Wendy's was extremely busy due to their Grand Opening, all of theirworkers were pleasant and not pushy. The food came far more quickly than expected; it was hot and tasty. When the mobile appdid not work (remember this was their first day), they were eager to find a solution. That was the only glitch I could detect;most of the time I expect a litany of issues in the first weeks. Perhaps it was due to having another experienced generalmanager (from their Andover location) there even in the evening. As I was leaving, and cutting across the drive thru lane, Ioverheard the employee who was extremely patient and understanding when a customer asked a question. It looks like Wendy's hiredworkers who exhibited a positive and helpful attitude. Read more
Two good Sandwiches, warm Fries. No lettuce, no Chilli, no drink lids. Sticky Tables and the Coke tasted funny. What a deal for... 23.50. Read more
