Emporia, VA KFC: My husband placed his order of two items on 8:20 at 12:15 PM and he still did not get his order by 12:45. We... tried to be patient thinking short staff but the workers moved so slowly and could not even care if we were waiting. My husbandasked to have his credit card credit back and canceled the order. They could care less he canceled his n no regard forcustomers. We went over to Arbys and ordered two sandwiches and we were in/out in 12 minutes. KFC, short staff is not yourproblem as much as tte staff you have there right now. They move SO slowly and have a ?no care attitude?. Read more

Sat in the drive-thru for more than half an hour waiting on food. Absolutely unreal how slow this place is. On top of that, the... lady working the window has made it very obvious that she dislikes her job and has no issue getting upset with customers forcommenting on the wait. Read more

Went inside waited patiently for the customer in front of me to be served. Then waited 5 minutes while 2 male staff members in... the front completely ignored me. So I walked outside and stood in the car line (our boat was hooked to the car) and tried toplace a order through the window. The male at the window told me I can't order there I have to order inside. We normally like KFC/Taco Bell, but the service at this location was just silly. My partner has 5x the patience I do, but even... she was ready to leave after 45 minutes. Sadly, it wasn't even very busy. The workers were just that slow. Read more
