The food was delicious and they got everything correct. Although I will say the bathrooms had no toilet paper and only one soap... dispenser worked but that could've just been because of short staff. We entered this established after a high school band competition with 3 bus loads of band members. They were awesome! Only one... female worker was overwhelmed and her demeanor wasn't friendly at all. The rest of the staff did their best, didn't sweat, wasn't rude, and worked expeditiously to get the food out. Went here on 09/01/2022, they only had the drive thru opened. Arrived off the highway from NC at 8:22PM did a mobile order to... make it easier on the cashiers at 8:32PM didn?t leave the line until 9:54PM. There were only 6 cars ahead of us total - thisincludes those already at the window. As many people left the line due to the wait. About 25 minutes in I was also going toleave the line but couldn?t because they completed my order out as I picked up. By the time I made it to the window it was 52minutes. I observed 5 employees total all of which were not doing their jobs and didn?t care to either They were eating food inthe dine in area walking around like it was a hangout spot rather than someone?s business they are hired to work for. Afterwaiting an additional 10 minutes at the window they came in from the dinning area, and said laughing ?oh my gosh their is a carhere? like the whole building isn?t surrounded by cars waiting for food and their order to be taken. After going off aboutwaiting so long they had the audacity to question me about being behind other cars cause they thought I came through becauseTHEY completed the order out as picked up. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY JUST DONT CARE. Do NOT come to this location ifit?s not in the morning. If I was the owner of this business I would be seriously concerned about the amount of business I lostdue to this crew that worked this night as so many cars left. And I know I WILL NEVER stop here again. I?ve seen McDonald?s ranbetter than this with 2 people. PS. I recorded everything after they completed out my order if the owner would like to reviewit. Most of the time the doors are locked and you must use the dt. The one time I was able to enter it was kinda messy. One positive... is the ms machine was broken, the young lady could sense my disappointment and threw some chocolate syrup on some soft serve anddid her best to serve me a chocolate shake. She deserves both of the stars I awarded. Read more
We stopped in this morning for 2 items and thought the lobby would be the fastest option. We were wrong! We waited for over 25... minutes and watched so many drive through customers being served but no one in the lobby. Once orders were being filled in thedining room the orders were not delivered in the order they were placed. The restaurant is kiosk driven and not user friendlyand does not provide legible receipts. There were no signs of any supervision or management and absolutely no efficiency. Thisrestaurant could use a thorough cleaning as well. The tables were dirty, a mop bucket with mop inside were left in the diningarea. We will not be visiting again and do not recommend this McDonalds. Definitely a bottom 1% fast food experience. They closed off the inside before the dinner rush, so we were forced to go to the... drive through. It took 20 minutes to get our food after ordering. No clue what took so long. Once we got our food, neither mywife nor I finished it. The fries were soggy, cooked in what tasted like old oil, and without salt. The burgers weren?t greattasting either. Definitely don?t recommend for speed or quality. Read more
I would avoid this one. First the lobby closes at 3pm, what mcdonalds does this !! None but this one, then theirs 2 drive thrus... but they only open 1 of them so parking lot Is jam packed of cars, 1 door was unlocked and the manager says I don't know why youcoming inside we ain't open anyway so you wasting your time !! There was only one employee working the drive thru, cooking the food, and maintaining great customer service. They were awesome... and kept their composure with the ever long line for the drive through. The wait was long but I don't blame the employee forthat. She was amazing and deserved better than to be doing all that alone. Read more
