Quite possibly the worst Chick-Fil-A location in the US. This place has some of the slowest service I?ve ever seen at a... Chick-Fil-A location. What?s worse ? both times we?ve been to this location they?ve completely messed up the order. Forinstance in the photo you?ll see a request for an egg white chicken sandwich of which there is no egg. Literally mind blown athow horrible this place is. The service is pretty subpar as well, lines are very long - normally other locations move the carsthrough pretty quickly. Very disappointing - the GM should overhaul his staff. STAY AWAY. Go to the other locations. Trust me ?this one will let you down more than your parents at Christmas time. Read more
Honestly my rating is not off of the quality of the meals - the food is so good! But the wait is usually very long. At least 10... mins during lunch and dinner hours. Despite having two lines, they bottleneck to one line so it goes slow. Read more
Unfortunately I was looking forward to eating their food , after some years have passed since eating there before. Seems to be... your typical fast food restaurant now. Nothing special. This location usually has sour/bland lemonade. This is the last time I come get lemonade here, gave them too many chances. The... Escondido and San Marcos location always has the same good sweet refreshing lemonade quality whenever I go there, but thislocation is usually a let down. And on top of it, they didn't give me any of the sauces I asked for. So now i'm eating chickentenders without any sauce along with my sour/bland lemonade. Read more
This has got to be the slowest, most unenthusiastic chick fil a I have ever been to. I've been to busier locations and have had... faster service and better attitudes than this place. This is the most ridiculous experience. The food was also verydisappointing. For the amount of time we waited, I expected the lobby to be busy and the pick up window to be further from theorder box. Two employees were yelling back to the cooks about some ladies tenders (from outside the pickup window wedged betweenour car), there looked like there was too much drama happening for such a small establishment that had a normal lunch rush. The traditional sandwich comes with gluten free buns!! Other items can be served with lettuce as the wrap. Our table was very... quiet until all had finished eating. Waffle fries were very tasty. Many dippings offered. Felt it was not a five star as seemedexpensive until told how much McDonald's meals now cost. Atmosphere only three star, as not a fancy place. Sparkling clean, wellmaintained, excellent service... Everyone genuinely wanting to please. Read more
