Ok McDonald's location. Staff wasn't at the register for a long time when I wanted to ask for something. Parking lot was tricky... to access. Inside is clean and bathrooms aren't defaced. Wifi is here too Read more
The service here was horrible. We were ignored and the small order took way longer than it should have (time ordered: 8:16pm... time received: 8:35pm on 10/26/2019). Even the employee that took the ordered was shocked that we were still waiting. When Ispoke to the manager and another employee about the condition of the restroom they asked another employee that had just used therestroom if there was an issue... he said "no." I spoke a 2nd time to the manager, this time ignoring me as another employeetold her that I needed to speak to her, and she said that they're short staffed and cant deal with it now. I then showed her thepictures and told her that the other employee was in the restroom didn't see the issue and that's why he said "no." I will NEVERreturn to this McDonald's and encourage others no to as well. It's a shame that it's called McDonald's and hold that well knownname. Not to mentioned my daughter threw up and vomited their nasty icecream as soon as we got home just now and 9:20pm. Read more
