Good food, but this location is NOT a drive through, as it shows in Google. The standing line can be fairly long at times.
Been coming here for years and never expected this type of behavior specifically from two employees! My mom went in today around... 3:40pm to buy our family dinner, an employee supposably named Amy was asking her for our 3 bowl and 2 plate orders too quicklythat she couldn?t keep up with what my mom was telling her! She was annoyed at my mom and telling her she was confusing her whenmy mom was clearly telling her what she wanted in each plate! My mom made a comment saying that the reason she was ?confused?was because she was trying to serve the plates too quick!! clearly she can?t multitask!! Mind you there was no one behind her inline so what?s the rush? She left her unattended for over 5 min without telling her that one of the entrees wasn?t readyyet! She and another employee supposably named Greg were making comments and laughing at her and ignored my mom when she triedto confront them! When my mom left the lady named Amy mocked her saying ?byeeeee? making fun of her with her tone of voice! Theywere being DISGUSTING with their behaviors just like them as people! My mom had to ask another staff member for their namesbecause they didn?t have name tags and didn?t want to give them their names so we don?t even know if this third employee wasbeing truthful!! This kind of behavior is not okay especially coming from fast food workers who think they?re entitled?? Notonly did my mom feel humiliated but it goes to show that those two humans don?t care about their customers or people in general!Would love to see their moms or someone they care about being humiliated to see how they feel about it after! I will becontacting corporate non stop until they do something about it, people who are so low these days think that taking it out onothers will make them feel any better, it?s truly sad.. When you offer " OTHER " as an option to tip online then please ALLOW the customer to input the " OTHER " amount. Not everyone... can afford a $17 tip or wants to handle cash these days. As it is you either are allowed to leave a fixed percentage or nothing.Luckily I had cash on hand to tip. Read more
I usually like it there. The staff was excellent. Just something about the food tasted off or they have change seasoning maybe.... But I didn't finish and even keep to finish. I basically get the same thing . And was charged $11.04 really wasn't payingattention as I was very hungry. All I got was a 2 item meal not drink. Thought bit higher than I was used to paying. For fast food served to you buffet style, it is decent, but it is still fast food. This location has a line out the door just... before 6pm. Fortunately, the line moved pretty quickly and the volume of customers before us ensured the good we got was fresh.Family members like this location, but did note that the portion sizes fluctuate and further pointed out that the portionsordered by the women in our party were smaller than those ordered by the men- the difference was noticable. Overall, the flavorand quality seemed good for fast food and the service was polite and efficient. Read more
