The food was too greasy and tasted like it was like your bitting a rubber. The server wasn't professional and he didn't care we... showed him one of the pictures on their page and first he denied that they have such a food and after he saw that this is theirpage he said yes we have that. So me and my wife told each other then probably this is it in the menu we talked very loud andI'm 100% sure he was listening. So we ordered the food on the menu and we thought he understand what we want. Then he broughtsomething else. When we told him so what's happened we asked you about the pictures and it took that much time why you didn'ttell us it's not the same thing and I think you know the rest of the story. We celebrated a dear friend's birthday here today. The food was outstanding. What made a very special was our waiter David,... everything was fantastic he checked on us quite often. Great dinner celebrating a birthday. Anthony, who may have been the shift manager, made it a great night by helping to start our... order when the restaurant was super busy. My wife and I decided to Buca di Beppo to celebrate Mexican Mother’s Day since Sunday I was on the line cooking for almost 12... hours. (12 pm to 11:30 pm) Our visit got off to a rocky start and to be honest didn’t fare very well. My wife approached thehostess and was overlooked. Literally the hostess helped a gentleman that walked up after my wife but never acknowledged heruntil I stepped forward. We were escorted at a booth and it took a while before anyone came to talk to us. A gentleman came upto us and took our order. He said that he would pass it on to our server who would be over shortly. He didn’t ask us what wewanted to drink, he just walked away with our order. We sat there undisturbed , pondering if our order was really placed ornot. About half an hour later our server came up and took our drink order. He apologized for the wait and walked away. A fewminutes later all our food came out at the same time with our drinks. We ordered calamari for our appetizer, Eggplant Parmesanand lasagna. The food was good, it felt as if it sat in the window waiting to be run out to the table but it was stillenjoyable. The highlight of the meal was the Italian creme cake. It was light and delicious Now there was a lot of apologizingthrough the rest of our evening. I know what it is like to work on a busy night and I know there are times when tables have towait. That’s when our managers walk over to the tables and apologize. They say let me take care of that dessert or thatappetizer for you. They make you feel that they are truly sorry for the wait. Absolutely amazing experience, delicious food, friendly servers, and very relaxing atmosphere. Whenever nervous, just go there... and you’ll be calm soon. As for the food, we always order Quattro al Forno which is an assorted plate of Cannelloni, CheeseRavioli & Stuffed Shells. The portions are very big and at least good enough to feed 3. The place is nice with different rooms with different designs. I've already uploaded photos of the room that we dined in. I... recommend ordering "Stuffed Pasta"s that include several choices, and it is worth the money that you are going to spend. It isdelicious and enough for three or four people. Their portion are small for three and large for five people, then don't panicwhen you see the prices because you should divide it into three or five. Their pastas are excellent and highly recommended.About wings, it was okay, but nothing beyond normal wings, which we see everywhere. I will go over there again. Read more

This place has an old school Italian ambience with excellent staff! Our waiter, Gio, was genuinely hospitable. We started off... with a trio appetizer that was the perfect starter. A photographer came by our table and took a complimentary photo that I gotto keep. They also frame them for you for 15 dollars. Our entree's were ginormous in portion, so we most definitely took somehome. At the end, Gio came out with a team of staff and sang happy birthday to me with an Italian twist.
