My rating is for the overall service of all 3 locations I?ve been to. The staff never gets my order right? EVER! At this location I tried their Caesar salad wrap. It was delicious. I love it. I also tried the Real Mashed Potatoes & Gravy.... They are delicious to eat with the rotisserie chicken. My fave is 411. Read more

This location is awful. They can't get the cars to pull up well. My order is always wrong, like if I add extra broccoli, they... put it in my friends salad, etc. Just really rude in person. The orders are late, too. Like if it says my food will be ready at1:40, I'll get there at 1:45 & be waiting another 15min. It's 2 side salads, which you got wrong, & mashed potatoes. Haven't been there in years. So I thought I'd decide to go back and get something to eat. I have to say things have changed, ... but NOT the food. It's still worth it. The only problem I had was that when I got home I received the wrong chickenwrap, I called to let them know about it ( I did eat the food because 1) it wasn't the cashier's fault, 2) I didn't want the food togo to waste. The location is great, from the neatness and cleanness of the place which is a must in a food establishment. The variety of... bowls, wraps and salads. The indisputable freshness of their food items is something that glorified since most places, nowadays,claim to have fresh produce but in reality they don't. The customer service experience is one of those where you are immediatelybound to repeat over and over again. This is not only about the food but the visuals, the amazing taste, the flexibility, thelocation, and extremely important, the quality of their product and their customer service and let me be clear. They do their best to stay organized when taking online orders. I had placed an order through Grubhub and did curbside pick up.... It does get very busy after 5pm, so beware. I had ordered a veggie salad with hot dark meat, and they forgot it... I had to callGrubhub to get that taken out of the order. Read more
I used to love this place so I wanted to enjoy some good food inside their location but they are only doing take out. The tables... inside are not being used for anything and the employees forced us to order outside in below 50 degree weather. Apparently, theyclosed indoor dining due to Covid but now years later no one is wearing a mask nor wearing gloves when handling food inside butthey still won?t allow for indoor dining. Read more
