I ordered a full rack of ribs and a chicken sandwich with no special sauce online from here. We ordered a day ahead for food we... needed the next day because we had a very long day of mediation with out attorneys so we needed food already prepared. When myhusband opened his food, the sandwich was made completely wrong- special sauce all over it. I had already eaten all my food, sohe went hungry. We couldn?t call until the next day. First, they criticized us for calling when we did, despite it or being outfault, second, Ronnie laughed at us on the phone, third, she told us they would send a gift card it the 30 minutes they wastedof billable tie looking for the sandwich order wasn?t enough time to find it, I guess it wasn?t. She never sent us the giftcard. She laughed on the phone at us after a very stressful day, and they never fixed the order. Worst service ever. I cannotbelieve how awful Ronnie treated us after she let her employee? I question it because I dot think she?s got the right characteror maturity to be a manager, but she let her employee criticize us for calling the day after we opened the food we ordered toeat after we spent that whole day mediating with attorneys. They wouldn't even let us sit n the bar to eat!!! They weren't busy but their kitchen was backed up so there was a 20 min wait... at 3pm!! Completely unacceptable esp since we drove out of way to eat there. Normally love love Chilli's but this one is hurtingfor good customer service???????? Read more
I have been going here since I was around 7-8 and it's so nice. Super nice staff and the food here for some reason is better... than the food at any other chilis I've had. We've had it delivered, we've had to dine in and every time it HITS. I've made greatmemories in this chilis, food is delicious, drinks too. Read more

Great place to eat. Those $3 for 10 deals are delicious. This is my third visit and I am late with the review. I haven?t been... here since before Covid. I?ve been living a Keto Lifestyle so I stay away from carbohydrates. Unfortunately they are understaffed so seating takes a while but my waiter was very nice. The food was delicious and affordable. We started off with theAwesome Blossom Petals (Keri friendly with just the onion), then the Enchilada Soup (no tortilla chips for Ketosis alternative);Margarita Chicken with Broccoli and Asparagus (Keto friendly minus tortilla chips) Lastly we have the Chicken Pasta. All ofthese dishes are a part of the 3 for $10 deal.
